Make sure that there is room for you to sit down while you are filling out the application. You are not in a race to see how fast you can complete the form so it is advisable to be comfortable and relaxed as possible and go through the process slowly to avoid any errors.

If the person you are talking to doesn’t seem to be too busy at the time it is always a good idea to ask them if they know anything about the job.
However; never ask them about the job benefits or what kind of salary or other compensation the job might offer. This should only be done at an interview.
